Für einen unserer Kunden haben wir den Entwurf einer Hebebühne vorbereitet und ihre Konstruktion an die Anforderungen der wichtigsten EU-Richtlinien angepasst. Es ist eine hydraulische Hebebühne mit zwei Säulen für Autowerkstatt.

Truck tippler is used for unloading of bulk materials (mainly grain) from cars without tilting cargo box. The construction of tippler is a steel platform and is lifted by two hydraulic actuators.

Cylinder tank, made of acid resistant steel, is designed for the storage of liquids. Special second inner conical bottom allow to more accurate emptying using bottom outlet. Filling connection is located on the cover of the tank.

Diesmal ein Projekt der Maschine für Lebensmittelbranche. Für einen unserer Kunden haben wir die Konstruktionsdokumentation, Fertigkeitsanalysen und Dokumentation zur CE-Kennzeichnung des Hebers zur Beladung der Zerkleinerungsmaschine für Fleisch bearbeitet. Der Heber wurde zum Heben und Umkippen von nach DIN 9797 normierten Kisten entworfen. Der Antrieb des Hebemechanismus wurde mit Servomotor mit dreiphasiger Stromversorgung fertiggestellt.

Immer mehr Schienen- und Straβenfahrzeuge! Auf den Straβen steht man im Stau, also wir fahren auf Schienen. Unser nächstes Fahrzeug, gebaut auf dem Fahrgestell Iveco Daily arbeitet als technischer Bereitschaftsdienst in der Gesellschaft Tramwaje Warszawskie/Warschauer Straβenbahn.

Das Fahrzeug wurde auf 4x4 Fahrgestellen von MAN TGM gebaut. Es kann von 5 Personen + Fahrer gereist werden.

Tractor mounted work platform was designed by our team for extremely hardly reachable places, ex. in fields or forests where no roads reaches. Telescopic arm is instaled on rotatable column and fixed to a tractor by special frame construction. The frame has pairs of frond and rear outriggers.
